Is swimming your thing? Please find details of how your child can get involved in a sponsored Swimathon!

Saturday 12th October - 5pm through to 10pm at Water Meadows

Sunday 13th October - 8.30am through to 12 noon at Rebecca Adlington Swiming Centre 

The Charity Swimathon 2019 is being organised by the Rotary Club of Mansfield and the Armchair Club, and raise money for charity.

Monday 23rd September marks the beginning of our Exploring Possibilities Week at Berry Hill Primary School. We have started the school year with a brand new design for our curriculum which links the National Curriculum with our ethos and values. One of the drivers for our curriculum is 'Possibilities' - i.e. where the learning could take our pupils. We have invited many volunteers to come into school and talk about what they do and where their learning has taken them. From paramedics to Crown Prosecution workers, artists and STEM ambassadors with PhDs, we are hoping our visitors will inspire our pupils and provide real purpose to their learning. If you would like to help us inspire the children by talking about what inspires you, please drop your details off with class teachers and we'll let you know how you can help us to unlock talent.....

A Safer Cycling Activity Day – with workshops covering simple bike maintenance, track cycling and on road cycling, including large vehicle blind-spots.

Participants need a bike & helmet. Let them know if you need to borrow either.
