Forest School In Summer
We have been looking at all the plants that are growing and the mini-beasts that are appearing. We've also been watching the tadpoles that Mrs B brought in to school. We've continued to make, bake and create in the mud kitchen, play forest school games and use the binoculars to explore.
Year 1 have been have more forest school fun. We have been making wands, digging with the spades and rubbing leaves and tree bark. We looked at how the dry weather has affected the grass, put some seeds in the fairy garden and we found a butterfly that the fairies left for us in the tree.
